By placing an order with SMMBID, you automatically accept all the below-listed Terms of Service whether you read them or not.

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service without notice. You are expected to read all Terms of Service before placing every order to ensure you are up to date with any changes or future modifications.

You will only use the SMMBID website in a manner which follows all agreements made with SoundCloud, Vine, Pinterest, or any other social media platform on their individual Terms of Service pages.

SMMBID rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The terms remain in effect in the case of rate changes.

SMMBID does not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation, and SMMBID will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.

SMMBID strives to deliver exactly what is expected by our resellers. We reserve the right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.

Disclaimer

SMMBID will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer.

Liabilities

SMMBID is in no way liable for any account suspension or content removal performed by SoundCloud, Vine, Pinterest, or any other social media platform.

Services

SMMBID will only be used to promote your SoundCloud, Vine, Pinterest, or other social media accounts and help boost your appearance only.

You will not upload any content to the SMMBID site that includes nudity or material not accepted or suitable for the SoundCloud, Vine, Pinterest, or other social media communities.

We do NOT guarantee that 100% of accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, or uploaded content, although we strive to achieve this.

If your page had 100,000+ followers, likes, or views before ordering, it will not qualify for refill protection, even if you order a refill service, as it is not possible to determine the source of the loss.

Refund Policy

After deposit, if you would like a refund of the remaining balance, you may request a refund to your original payment gateway at any time. We will process the refund within 6–12 hours. The time required for funds to reach your card or bank depends on your local bank or card provider.

If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after making a deposit without valid reason, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders and ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to remove any followers or likes delivered to your or your client’s social media accounts.

Orders placed on SMMBID will be refunded or canceled if requested by the customer. If an order is non-deliverable, you will receive a refund credit to your SMMBID account.

Orders placed for private or incorrect accounts do not qualify for refunds. Please confirm all order details before placing an order.

Fraudulent activity, including the use of unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will result in immediate account termination. There are no exceptions.

Please do not use more than one server at the same time for the same page. We cannot guarantee accurate follower, like, or view counts in such cases, and no refunds will be issued.
